Intruder Alarm System monitoring is important, as when an activation is received the operator will process the alarm by firstly receiving the type of activation whether that may be a single activation, confirmed activation, power failure or line cut.

At that point the operator will process the alarm accordingly depending on the cause of the activation. If the site is Policed and has a URN this will be the first call to action quickly followed by calling either the sites key holders or ourselves to dispatch an Officer to attend site to intercept/investigate on the ground.
